Established in February 2003 and restructured in 2009, previously called CCC now CEC operates exclusively as an international student service center.

Most of CEC’s business is in-bound. International students coming to Canada to study English As A Second Language (ESL) either as part of their high school study, summer camps (young children) or for career upgrade (mature students); undertake business/ other professional training or further post secondary education in Canada.

Beginning in 2003, CEC gained sufficient knowledge of and established excellent business relations with educational institutes in Alberta, Manitoba, California, Japan and Korea and began its “out-bound’ business-placing Canadian and international students in study program in these areas. To date, this out-bound business or “export” represents about 30% of CEC’s total income. Study programs CEC arranges for its students range from: (in Japan and Korea) Language training, culinary art, to (in USA) business management, marketing, biomed technology and (elsewhere in Canada) university education and other post secondary studies of a great variety of subjects.

The difference between CEC and other consulting companies is that CEC is set up by Canadian people and that it could provide the consulting services to all the international students in Canada. Also, to satisfy the needs of more and more Chinese students in Canada, CEC sets up a Chinese Consulting Department.
